Adlingtons’ Largs North advanced manufacturing facilities include 10-ton overhead cranes with 16-metre elevations and 300-ton floor loadings, along with high-security processes and direct deep-water access points. Adlingtons’ in-house capabilities complement Adlingtons’ electric and mechanical vertical integration, ranging from single components to complete process systems.

Adlingtons range of mechanical process fabrication capabilities, include advanced pipe bending (1 mm – 181 mm diameter), 5-axis machining, heavy wall plate rolling, 5-axis press brakes, specialised pipe and tube welding, double stack automated laser cutting, and advanced cold tee forming (33.7 mm – 550 mm diameter).
